- When will my credit/debit card be charged?
Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order ships or an installment is due. Credit card charges will be shown on your monthly credit card statement. Debit card charges will be deducted directly from your bank account. If you are paying by installment, each credit card installment will be posted to your credit card statement when the installment is charged; each debit card installment will be deducted from your bank account when the installment is charged.

Youthology uses the most economical method of shipping in order to keep down the costs to our customers. Most shipments are sent via USPS.

- If I am unhappy with the product how do I get a refund?
Try any Youthology product RISK-FREE for up to 30 days! If you do not look up to 10 years younger simply call our Customer Care Specialists for a return authorization and return instructions.
You can try any of our other products, RISK FREE for up to 30 days. If you are not totally satisfied with the results, then within 30 days of delivery of the product, simply call our Customer Care Specialists for a return authorization and return instructions. Then, just send it back and we will refund the full purchase price (less shipping and handling), no questions asked. Simply call 1-888-YOUTH90 to request a return authorization number.

- If I return a product how long will it take to get a credit?
Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles from the day you return the package for your amount to be credited.
Checks: Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the day you return the package for refund check to be received.

- What is the Preferred Customer Auto Ship program and how does it work?
If you become a Preferred Customer, you will be eligible to participate in the Preferred Customer Auto Ship Program on those products with the Preferred Customer Auto Ship Feature. When you enroll in this Program, you will receive a fresh supply of your product, delivered to your door every 60 days. For each auto shipment, you will be billed in 2 installments, every 30 days. Shipping and handling (and tax if applicable) will be added ONLY to the 1st installment.
You may enroll in the Preferred Customer Auto Ship program on-line or by calling our Customer Care Center during regular business hours at 1-888-YOUTH90. You are free to cancel the Preferred Customer Auto Ship program at any time.

You can cancel your participation in our Preferred Customer Auto Ship Program by calling our Customer Care Center at 1-866-YOUTH90 during our regular business hours.
Other Orders: Call our Customer Care Center at 1-888-YOUTH90 during our regular business hours, within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order, before it has been processed by our warehouse.

- My product was opened when I received it. What do I do?
If your shipment was open or damaged when you received it, call our Customer Care Center at 1-866-YOUTH90 during regular business hours to arrange for a replacement. DO NOT USE ANY Youthology products if the can or bottles are open, the safety seal is broken, or the individual portion packages are opened.

- Can I save money buying in bulk?
Youthology does not sell its products in bulk. We believe stockpiling products is not a good idea because the ingredients may degrade over time. The high quality products we manufacture are delivered fresh to your door. You might want to consider joining our Preferred Customer Auto Ship Program to ensure uninterrupted year-round delivery of your product.
