* You will need to return the unused second month's supply to receive a full refund (less S&H).

Subsequent Automatic Shipments:
* You will automatically be sent an additional 2-month supply (two bottles) of the Youthology Eye Serum every 60 days at the same monthly price per bottle plus shipping and handling billed at time of shipment.
* Call customer service at 866-968-8490 to cancel any future automatic shipments.
* NOTE: No refunds will be issued for subsequent auto-shipments once they have already been shipped.
How to return your order:

Call 1. Call Customer Service - In order to receive a refund, it is critical you have a Return Authorization Number ensuring your refund is credited to the correct account. Call 1-866-YOUTH -90 (1-866-968-8490) within 30 days of delivery of the product, and one of our Customer Care Specialist will give you a return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days). Credit will not be given for incomplete items or for items without a valid Return Authorization Number.
Package 2. Package Your Item for Return - To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging and include all accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling).
Label 3. Label Your Package - To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on the front of this invoice. Simply attach the "Return Label" to the front of your package. A Return Authorization Number is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.
Insure 4. Secure Your Package - We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by some kind of trackable service such as USPS certified mail, UPS, Airborne, or FedEx. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. REMINDER, WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA MAIL.
Refund 5. Receive Your Refund - Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Youthology, LLC will issue a refund check the same day we process your return for any items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashier's check. Refunds are for complete purchase price but do not include shipping and handling charges.
